Overall 10/10 experience! Ive had negative experiences with other medspa’s — so I’ve been searching for a reliable provider that can address my needs and troubleshoot issues that came up thru my previous experiences. Lucy not only addressed my concerns with honesty and precision, she gave me certainty of the process I should go thru in order to retain my desired results — she didn’t try to “upsell” me at all, which is something I have encountered multiple times thru other providers. She’s direct, knowledgeable, and empathetic. I felt heard and in good hands. The staff is also very friendly! I’m happy with the whole experience and I’m looking forward to my skin journey within her care.
